Delivery
Standard Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified on the Order and any changes to a delivery address must be supported by documentary evidence. You must notify us at least 72 hours prior to Delivery of any delivery amendments. Any amendment however small may lead to an increase in lead-time or change of delivery date.
Whilst we deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi (City Limits, Yas Island etc), Al Ain, Ajman and Sharjah for FREE. There will be an additional charge of 300 AED to be paid on delivery to Abu Dhabi Western Region and 200 AED for Fujairah and RAK.
Delivery Rescheduling Policy:
If a customer cancels the delivery on the scheduled date provided by us, the delivery will be rescheduled to a later date. In such cases, the customer may be required to wait for a period of 7 days for the next available delivery slot.
If the customer is unwilling to wait for the 7-day rescheduled date, they have the option to expedite the delivery by paying the applicable express delivery charge.
Delivery Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify the delivery policy without prior notice.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistical constraints. We will promptly notify customers in such situations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and checking all access points. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be the customer's responsibility, including access points.
Customers living in multi-story buildings, prior to purchase must ensure that they measure the dimensions of the service lift and any access points to ensure compatibility. This includes turning spaces in to and out of any room or shared space.
Products that are not compatible with the lift space cannot be moved via a stair cases due to the heavy nature and size of the storage base and headboard. Therefore, please ensure you have checked the measurements of the space correctly as we do not take responsibility for incompatible items
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the address set out in the Order. Delivery is to the room of Your choice at the delivery address. We do not need to satisfy Ourselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorised by you to accept the goods.
You should inspect the goods carefully upon delivery. Once assembled by us or our provider at the delivery address, and signed approval is given, the goods will be deemed accepted unless you inform us otherwise at the time. Where goods are not removed from their packaging or you have otherwise not had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods on delivery, the goods will be deemed accepted 7 (seven) days after Delivery.
helmii will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
