Julia was such a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation to the delivery of the bed. She knew exactly what I was looking for and sent me a fabric sample that I immediately fell in love with. We then discussed customising the width of the headboard to suit our space which was accommodated with ease. The bed is gorgeous in person and I've already ordered another custom bed to go in our guest room. The design process was again smooth, hassle-free and I have complete faith we'll receive another beautiful bed customised to fit our space. I can't recommend Julia and Helmii enough! This is an excellent mattress but it is on the firmer side. Definitely benefits from a memory foam mattress topper. Love this brand but it’s the service that really sets it apart. Simon and his crew are simply amazing.

Great product - waterproof but not plastic so it doesn’t make you hot.

The full cycle of the purchasing process through to delivery has been outstanding. I initially wasn’t sure on which boucle colour I wanted, Helmii sent my three samples of material the next day via courier which enabled me to select my dream bed. Julia was on hand to guide me through the delivery due date expectations to the exact time slot of delivery. The bed did not disappoint… made to an extremely high standard and it looks phenomenal. It also provides me the much needed extra storage I need…. 5 star service.

I recently rented an apartment in Dubai. Because the bedroom is small I found quite challenging to find a bed in the market. 160x200 and above beds would take a large footprint and not allowing much room left for circulation and other furniture. Moreover, I lacked space in the apartment to store by travel bags. However, I find the perfect solution with Helmii. I ordered a 140x200m Ottoman bed with 35cm deep storage space.

After the order I was immediately contacted by Julia to clarify some aspects of the order and waited for it to be manufactured. Once ready (before the expected date) the delivery was arranged. The delivery team arrived in time. They were very professional, very respectful and with good communication. I could observe the care that was taken during the bed assembly, measurements and the disposal of the cardboard and plastic waste.

It was not a cheap bed, I admit. But sometimes you need to see the value that something brings to you, not only its cost. In this case, the ability to provide a good footprint for the bedroom dimensions together with the storage solution pays off the price. Meanwhile I purchased a mattress from another supplier that fitted the bed perfectly. This is the only aspect that I believe that can be improved by the store: the offer regarding all other bed accessories. In my case I wanted a spring firm and thick mattress for my back and from what I remember the solutions provided by the store were somehow limited. The same for pillows or even bed clothing (duvets/sheets). But like in every business, there is always room for improvement and I believe that with time Helmii will be able to provide a broader range of products in this area too.

Absolutely love Helmii beds, that I bought a second one to ship home.

Helmii beds are something else. I can tell the difference compared to an older bed I had and the quality is definitely superior and up there. The built of the bed is impeccable. It looks like it’d been properly engineered. The design is flawless. The hydraulic storage is way better than what I previously had. I can actually life the base with the mattress on while before with my old bed I had to get the mattress off the bed to be able to lift the base which was a chore. The storage space could be bigger, it’s a bit smaller because of the way the bed is built, so it didn’t fit all of my things that the old bed did, but I’m still really happy I made the shift because the quality is definitely worth it. Both Simon and Julia are very friendly and highly responsive. The samples arrived very fast every time and so was the bed delivery. I had a change of heart about the color I picked and Julia was so accommodating and went the extra mile to have it changed for me without making me feel like it was a problem, which I really appreciated. She also made some adjustments to give me the exact bed I wanted and now I have my dream bed. Overall I’m really happy I went with Helmii. 100% would repurchase.
