We have been very impressed with the overall experience from Julia and her team. We originally ordered a bed online and upon opening in the factory they detected a flaw. Julia contacted me, came out to my Villa with all the swatches and we designed a new bed. They offered to have a bed delivered in the meantime while waiting for the new bed. The new bed was made within the timeframe stipulated and delivered. Plenty of attention to detail - choice of bed feet, mattress protector fitting correctly, and the bed arrived very well packaged. Guys who assembled it were quick, professional and left the place clean and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with the bed but most of all the service we received. we highly recommend Helmii and will definitely use them again.
