Returns and Refunds
Once opened and out of packaging this item is no longer returnable unless a helmii mattress protector has been purchased at the same time. Due to the nature of the material all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly in line with standard manufacturing tolerances.
We recommend that you rotate pocket spring mattresses at least 2 times a year for the first 2 years and 2-4 time a year after that, or it can start to wear unevenly and it won't provide the correct support you need. The main benefits of rotating your mattress regularly are: Better support for longer. Consistent comfort.
